At DrWod, we understand that once your order is placed, you want to receive it as soon as possible.
Our average shipping times are 24 to 48 hours (working days). There are no shipments made on weekends.
In mainland France, all our shipments are made with COLISSIMO, either with delivery to a post office or relay point, or to your home against signature.
For foreign countries, shipments are also entrusted to COLISSIMO for the French part and then to their correspondents in each country concerned.
For Spain, shipments can be entrusted according to your choice to MONDIAL RELAY / PUNTO PACK for delivery to a relay point, or to COLISSIMO International and its local partner.
Average delivery times (indicative):
- Mainland France: 2 to 5 working days
- DOM-TOM: 4 to 9 working days
- Continental Europe: 4 to 9 working days
- Rest of the world: between 5 and 15 working days.
For sales outside the European Union, delivery times may be extended due in particular to a possible customs clearance of the products purchased.
Storage periods in relay points / post offices / after notification of unsuccessful delivery: Orders are kept for 15 days and then are automatically returned to DrWod.
It is very important that you follow the transport of your order closely.
Our system as well as that of the transport operators regularly sends you notification emails of the various stages of the expedition. Check your email box and especially the SPAM folder.
To track the shipment of your order, simply go to your customer area on the order concerned, you will find the tracking number and the carrier's tracking link.

In the event of receipt of a damaged or opened package, we recommend that you refuse it, it will then be automatically returned to us.

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item to us.
All product returns must comply with the following procedure or risk not being processed:
– Inform us of your product return request indicating the reason for the return within 72 hours of receipt of the order at email@example.com indicating the order number and the item concerned.
– We will then send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your request by e-mail giving you authorization to return the article concerned. ATTENTION: do not return anything until you have received our prior authorization.
– The product must be returned to us with follow-up against signature (without signature, we will not be responsible in the event of an anomaly of delivery and will not be able to proceed to the registration of the return).
Return costs are your sole responsibility.
– The returned Product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, suitable for resale, unused and with all possible accessories. All returned products are subject to a check conditioning the refund. For example, we will refuse the return of items that have obviously been worn, stained or that have not been properly repackaged, or whose barcode is no longer present.
Upon receipt of your item, we undertake to process it within 10 days maximum.
PLEASE NOTE: items on sale or on promotion cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded.
